This is a Senior Manager level role within our Finance Transformation consulting practice, supporting the growth of the consulting business across strategic accounts and creating new strategic growth areas to deliver profitable growth.
- Finance Strategy

- Finance Technology and Process Automation
- Provide pull-through opportunities for wider Wipro Consulting practice areas (Supply Chain & Operations, Sales & Marketing, AI Advisory & Tech Strategy, People & Change, Sustainability)
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership & Engagement Ownership – Leads complex consulting engagements as the primary client contact, building trusted senior‑stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Consulting Delivery Excellence – Owns end‑to‑end engagement delivery, ensuring high‑quality execution, value realization, and adherence to Wipro Consulting’s delivery frameworks and standards.
- GBL & Cross‑Service Collaboration – Partners closely with Global Business Lines, SMUs, and Client Engagement Partners to deliver integrated, end‑to‑end transformation solutions under the One Wipro model.
- Business Development & Account Growth – Supports account growth through consultative selling, shaping client propositions, contributing to value‑based business cases, and expanding footprint within strategic accounts.
- People Leadership & Team Development – Leads, coaches, and develops high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary consulting teams, fostering strong delivery capability and future leadership pipelines.
- Thought Leadership, IP & Market Presence – Contributes to consulting thought leadership, solution development, and reusable IP while enhancing Wipro Consulting’s market credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Global Matrix & Stakeholder Management – Operates effectively within a global, matrix organisation, influencing diverse stakeholders across regions, functions, and service lines to achieve shared outcomes.

Successful applicants will have experience of working with multiple clients across various industries in Big4 / Accenture / other Tier 1 consulting organisations.
Driving Transformation
- Significant transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible business benefits at large enterprise clients.
- Ability to drive and lead strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients and partners, motivate teams and achieve results.
- Bring strong program and consulting disciplines (e.g. Project / Program Management, Storytelling, Executive Communications, Commercial disciplines).
Key skills required to be successful are
- Process
- End to end process diagnostic experience
- Understanding of AI / Agentic within Finance processes and key value chains – PTP, OTC, RTR and FP&A
- Digital Finance Tools
- Experience working with Finance software vendors in go‑to‑market activities, design and implementation of technology and surrounding processes and change management (e.g. BlackLine, High Radius, FIS).
- Good understanding of Process intelligence and platforms like Celonis, Signavio.
- ERP / S4 & Business case
- Must have experience with ERP implementation projects in SAP S/4 Hana.
- Experience in Business case creation for S4Hana migration and similar large transformation projects.
- Understanding of key CFO driven business metrics and linking with process driven operational KPIs.
Shape & Deliver
- Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organization.
- Supports in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into large engagements.
- Bring a self‑sufficient approach that will be both pro‑active in driving business development opportunities as well as effective at creating personal utilization in our sell & deliver operating model (after a period of embedding).
- Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi‑shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
Talent Management
- Creative, collaborative, and motivating consulting leader who can focus diverse teams on common outcomes and goals.
- Execution of organizational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and Recruitment leads.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to attract top diverse talent at all levels.
Thought Leadership
- Brings own opinion on the key issues facing CFOs across the Europe region and able to demonstrate how they have leveraged this in a collaborative environment to develop points of views and propositions.
- Ability to converse with industry leaders and analysts on trends within the European market.
- Proactively propose solutions, investment decisions along with published artifacts, industry speakerships, analyst interactions.
- Internal content and offerings creator, writes publications, blogs and whitepapers.
- Utilizes social media effectively with their digital presence to enhance the Wipro brand presence.
