Project Architect – Multidisciplinary Design Studio – Central London

A respected, award-winning studio in Central London is seeking a technically accomplished Project Architect to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of commercial retrofit projects, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in delivery stages and enjoys working in a collaborative, design-led environment.

You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary practice known for its thoughtful approach to sustainability, adaptive reuse, and urban regeneration. The studio offers flexible working arrangements and a supportive culture that values professional development and technical excellence.

Base pay range

This range is provided by Architecture Social. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver commercial retrofit projects through RIBA stages 4 and 5
  • Coordinate technical packages using advanced Revit workflows
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Oversee site inspections and manage construction queries
  • Contribute to QA processes and maintain drawing standards

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Revit, including BIM coordination and detailing
  • Proven experience in delivery stages, particularly on retrofit or commercial schemes
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • ARB registered or equivalent qualification
  • Right to work in the UK – no visa sponsorship available
  • Salary between £38,000 and £48,000 depending on experience
  • Access to CPD sessions, mentoring, and career progression pathways
  • Inclusive and collaborative studio culture
  • Central location with excellent transport links
