My Client, a fast-growing, premium direct-to-consumer brand is hiring a Global Head of Sales to lead its next phase of international expansion.
This is a senior, high-impact role with full ownership of global revenue, customer acquisition, and sales performance across Europe and North America. You’ll build and lead an international sales organisation, shaping how a premium brand connects with customers both digitally and through retail-led experiences at scale.
This role could suit a senior retail leader currently overseeing multiple stores or regions, ready to step into a broader, global position and open to a change in sector.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver global revenue targets across multiple international markets, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Lead and scale a high-performing D2C sales organisation
- Translate customer engagement best practices into scalable global sales performance
- Work with Marketing to execute commercial go‑to‑market plans for new product launches, ensuring each market receives tailored customer engagement and sales activation strategies
- Analyse customer sentiment, competitive activity, and market performance to refine sales approaches and inform commercial strategy
- Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships to expand customer reach and drive growth across channels
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to optimise the end‑to‑end customer journey
- Oversee data‑driven forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting to guide strategic decision‑making
- Drive effective use of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to optimise lead management, improve conversion rates, and strengthen customer engagement throughout the lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in consumer‑facing sales or retail leadership (essential)
- Strong background in multi‑site retail, area/regional management, or head of retail roles
- Track record of driving growth across multiple locations, regions, or markets
- Experience in premium consumer, lifestyle, fashion, or electronics brands
- Understanding of longer sales cycles and high‑value customer journeys
- Commercially astute, data‑driven, and highly execution‑focused
- Experience building, leading, and inspiring teams in fast‑paced environments
- Exposure to D2C is a strong advantage
