A growing international consumer healthcare and personal care business is seeking a commercially driven Senior Brand Manager to lead the UK marketing strategy across a portfolio of established and emerging brands.

This role offers broad ownership across brand strategy, innovation, category growth and market expansion within a highly marketing-led organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping UK growth plans while partnering closely with international stakeholders.

The Opportunity

You will lead the development and execution of UK marketing plans across multiple brands at different lifecycle stages, including established category leaders, challenger brands and new market launches.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and requires someone comfortable operating across commercial planning, innovation, digital/media activity, forecasting and stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement UK brand and category strategies
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns and new product launches
  • Drive sales, market share and category penetration growth
  • Manage forecasting, pricing, budgets and P&L responsibilities
  • Analyse market, consumer and retailer data to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with media and digital agencies to deliver effective campaigns
  • Support packaging development and product innovation initiatives
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with international marketing, sales, finance, supply chain and regulatory teams
  • Coach and develop a direct report

About You

You will bring strong consumer marketing fundamentals alongside excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management capability.

  • Experience within FMCG, OTC, personal care, consumer healthcare, food/drink or wider consumer categories
  • Strong brand management and commercial strategy experience
