• 5+ years building and shipping production systems
• Strong Software Engineering background (Python/Go/Java/Typescript)
• Hands‑on with LLMs, agents, or AI workflows
• Comfortable in client‑facing, cross-functional environments

Up to £150k + Bonus + Benefits (Depending on experience)
