Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor | City of London | Legal 100 & Tiered Legal 500 firm | £90,000 - £115,000

A boutique Legal 100 and a Top Tier Legal 500 firm with an excellent office near the City of London is looking for a solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join their fantastic construction team to work primarily on non-contentious matters. The firm is over 250 years old and, with over 200 lawyers on staff, they are a well known name in the London legal sector, and work with exceptional clients, including high value and cross-jurisdictional matters.

Responsibilities

• Conducting a varied caseload of primarily non-contentious construction matters from initiation to conclusion.
• Assisting partners and senior lawyers with their caseload of files dealing effectively with a variety of complex matters.
• Input and assist with the development of the department.
• Dealing directly with clients and maintaining the highest standard of care, taking instructions and ensuring full compliance.

Skills and Experience

• UK qualified Solicitor 1- 5 PQE years post qualification experience (other levels will be considered) from a reputable London firm.
• Strong experience with non-contentious construction law matters
• Proven experience of managing matters with minimal supervision and assisting senior solicitors with complex matters.
• Strong interpersonal skills interacting with clients and colleagues.
• A passionate personality with an enthusiasm for self development.
