Requirements
- You have experience managing technical projects or programmes, ideally delivering software products to clients
- You are comfortable working with engineering teams and understand modern software delivery practices
- You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients
- You are highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
- You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scale-up environment with evolving priorities
- You take ownership of outcomes and are motivated by delivering high-quality client experiences
- Bonus: experience in insurance, fintech or regulated environments

What the job involves
- Plan, track and manage delivery across multiple client implementations, ensuring timelines, scope and quality are met
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery, coordinating across engineering, product and commercial teams
- Translate client requirements into clear delivery plans, milestones and dependencies
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate
- Drive clear communication, reporting and governance for internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously improve delivery processes, templates and ways of working as the company scales
