What the job involves

  • Plan, track and manage delivery across multiple client implementations, ensuring timelines, scope and quality are met
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery, coordinating across engineering, product and commercial teams
  • Translate client requirements into clear delivery plans, milestones and dependencies
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate
  • Drive clear communication, reporting and governance for internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, templates and ways of working as the company scales
