What You'll Be DoingLi
- Manage and motivate production teams on the factory floor
- Support and guide Team Leaders to achieve targets and high-quality builds
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and H&S procedures are met
- Monitor workflow and build processes
- Read and work from technical drawings
What We're Looking For
- Previoussupervisory or production management experience, ideally in caravans, holiday homes, or modular manufacturing
- Strongleadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability toread technical drawings
- Goodcomputer skills
- Adaptable, hands-on, and proactive approach
