We’re working with a well‑established holiday home manufacturer in Hull who are looking for a Production Line Manager to oversee their production teams and support Team Leaders on the factory floor.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and motivate production teams on the factory floor
- Support and guide Team Leaders to achieve targets and high‑quality builds
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and H&S procedures are met
- Monitor workflow and build processes
- Read and work from technical drawings
What We’re Looking For
- Previous supervisory or production management experience, ideally in caravans, holiday homes, or modular manufacturing
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good computer skills
- Adaptable, hands‑on, and proactive approach
