The Role:

We are seeking a Structured Finance & Fund Counsel to join our London team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a lawyer who thrives in complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions and enjoys

building long-term relationships with Chinese-speaking investors, sponsors, and counterparties. This role will lead legal structuring for project finance, green bonds, and fund vehicles; negotiate

with international lenders and equity partners; and serve as a trusted advisor on capital markets

transactions tied to our global renewable energy portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Structured Finance & Project Finance: Lead legal documentation and negotiation for senior

debt, mezzanine, and hybrid financing structures across multiple jurisdictions. Advise on

security packages, intercreditor arrangements, and lender consent mechanics.

Fund Formation & Investment Vehicles: Structure and document private funds, co-investment platforms, and SPV architectures for institutional capital deployment into

renewable energy assets.

Capital Markets & Finance: Support issuance of bonds, sustainability-linked instruments, and

other structured products. Ensure compliance with Green Bond Principles and relevant

regulatory frameworks.

Cross-Border Transaction Management: Coordinate with external counsel in project

jurisdictions (Latin America, Southeast Asia) and manage legal risk across civil and common
