We are seeking a visionary Head of eCommerce & Trade Sales to lead our growth across all channels. This is not just a sales role, it’s an opportunity to shape the way our brand connects with customers, setting the standard for excellence in both digital and physical spaces.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow revenue across e-commerce, (online/offline) and trade channels.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that align with our brand vision.
- Ensure every customer touchpoint—online or offline— is exceptional.
- Identify and secure key business opportunities, collaborations, and wholesale accounts.
- Use data, insights, and creativity to continually improve performance.
Essential experience required
- Proven track record in sales leadership within interiors, furniture, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Experience driving results across both e-commerce and offline channels.
- Inspirational leader with strong people management skills.
- Commercially savvy with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
