Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and supervisors to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence across the organisation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets.

Qualifications
