  • Oversee technical operations within the roastery and workshop
  • Work cross‑functionally with operations and commercial teams to support wholesale growth

What we're looking for

  • Experience leading or supervising a field‑based technical or service team
  • Strong organisational skills, able to bring structure and improve processes
  • Hands‑on technical background, ideally with electrical experience or similar
  • Comfortable balancing being on the tools with managing a team
  • Personable and service‑led, able to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Full UK driving licence (travel required)

What's in it for you

  • £45‑47.5k base plus call‑out bonus
  • Hybrid working with a London base (East London)
  • 9‑day fortnight post‑probation
  • Free coffee and generous café discount
  • Free gym membership and cycle to work scheme
  • 6 weeks fully paid parental leave
  • Flexible, adult working environment
