Key Responsibilities
- Translate technical and customer requirements into detailed product specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams on technical decision‑making and product development
- Support technical releases, product improvements, and lifecycle optimisation
- Investigate and help resolve product quality and performance issues
- Act as a technical specialist for customer, sales and application‑related enquiries
- Develop technical documentation, operator manuals, and training materials
- Deliver technical training to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Gather customer feedback and market insight to support future product enhancements
- Participate in site testing, technical investigations, and customer visits globally
About You
- Degree qualified in a science or engineering discipline
- Strong technical communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with scientific, laboratory, analytical, or industrial equipment is highly desirable
- Experience with water technologies is a nice to have
- Ability to balance technical detail with commercial and customer needs
- Passionate about customer‑focused product development and continuous improvement
