Lauren is a solicitor based within the Employment Law department. Lauren has dealt with employment matters in a number of industries, with an interest in working with the transport sector. Her work includes drafting employment contracts, Transport Manager contracts, disputes with employees, investigation and disciplinary processes and employment tribunal matters. Lauren enjoys focusing on the specific needs of transport companies, compliance with transport regulations (driving hours, health and safety, rest breaks etc.) and working closely with the Transport Department.
