Car Sales Executive | Sales Associate | Sales Specialist
Location: Honda, Cheshire Oaks
Salary: £50,000 OTE (uncapped commission) + company car
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- 1 weekend off in 3 + 1 weekday of
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our successful sales team at Holdcroft Motor Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving outstanding results.
You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, providing expert product knowledge, and guiding customers through a seamless and enjoyable buying journey.

Your role:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge
- Deliver a customer-first experience throughout the full sales journey
- Manage a busy workload with strong organisation and attention to detailAchieve and exceed sales targets through quality, compliant sales processes
- Ensure all products and specifications are clearly explained and delivered as promised
- Provide professional guidance and support to customers at every stage
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve dealership goals
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a customer-facing or sales environment
- Demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills
- Is highly organised with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload
- Is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven
- Has a genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Has excellent problem-solving skills
- Holds a full valid UK driving licence
