Job Description

As Senior Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the execution of the Williams F1 brand across campaigns, partnerships, merchandise and licensing and internal initiatives. Operating at a senior-weight level, you’ll focus on working cross-functionally with teams to ensure brand governance, consistency, campaign effectiveness, and strategic alignment across every touchpoint – from race day content to internal cultural moments.

Working closely with our Marketing team, you’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of brand and marketing projects, working closely with the Creative, Partnerships, Merchandise and Licensing, and HR teams, as well as external agencies and stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about brand and is a strong collaborator with the ability to be hands‑on to help steer the direction for a British icon.
