Head of Year

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Head of Year to lead and support our students through their academic journey and foster a positive learning environment.

• Manage the relevant year group including pastoral support, achievement, attendance, attainment/progress, behavioural issues, intervention and child protection matters/UCAS.
• Work closely with identified groups of students in all year groups regarding progress, engagement and achievement.
• Sound educational background: GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent.
• Recent management experience with people.
• Evidence of work with children/young people and involvement with parents would be advantageous.
