Pen Test Managing Consultant – (UK only – Must be eligible for Security Clearance)

Location: Flexible (Leeds, Bristol, London, or Remote)

Salary – £65k – £82k + Certs Bonus and benefits

Step into a high-impact leadership role at the cutting edge of cybersecurity. As Pen Test Manager, you’ll guide a skilled team of ethical hackers on mission-critical engagements across sectors including government, defence, and telecoms.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor penetration testers
• Deliver high-stakes security assessments
• Own client relationships and drive business value
• Work on top-tier engagements.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
• Technical depth in testing methodologies
• A passion for outsmarting attackers.
• CCT-App or CCT-INF.
• UK Government Security Clearance – the ability to apply for and hold SC is required, DV is advantageous
