Job Description

• Lead site technical and quality activities
• Ensure food safety, HACCP, and compliance requirements are met
• Manage quality systems, audits, and corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement across processes
• Support and guide technical team members
• Collaborate with operational and cross‑functional teams

Experience

• Previous experience in a senior technical or quality role within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and HACCP
• Experience ensuring compliance with industry and customer standards
• Confident communicator able to influence at all levels
• Proven leadership skills with experience developing others
• Food Hygiene and HACCP trained
