Job overview:

Join AXA Global Healthcare as we seek a dynamic leader to shape and deliver an integrated operating model for our IT Operations and colleague workplace services. In this key role, you’ll consolidate existing frameworks from various AXA entities and third‑party partners to streamline operations across the organisation. You’ll also lead the convergence of colleague workplaces within our core business units, ensuring a unified and efficient working environment. Additionally, on behalf of the CIO, you’ll oversee the execution of our IT security strategy, safeguarding business solutions, managing recovery from security incidents, and implementing actions from our business continuity and disaster recovery plans. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of AXA Global Healthcare’s operational excellence and security posture.

Work arrangements:

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
