Position Overview
The Account Executive for the NATO territory will drive revenue, expand Everfox’s footprint, and build long‑term strategic relationships across NATO agencies, commands, supporting bodies, and member‑nation stakeholders engaged in NATO programs. The role requires a highly strategic seller with a deep understanding of international defense ecosystems, proven experience engaging multinational decision‑makers, and expertise in positioning high‑assurance cybersecurity and Cross Domain Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Territory Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across NATO agencies, commands, centers, and affiliated programs.
- Map decision‑makers, influencers, procurement authorities, and technical evaluators across the NATO ecosystem.
- Build awareness of Everfox capabilities with NATO leadership, program stakeholders, and partner nation representatives.
Account Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that articulate sales strategies, revenue objectives, and engagement roadmaps for key NATO entities.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with senior leadership, acquisition authorities, operational commands, cybersecurity teams, and mission owners.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment with mission requirements and technology needs.
Sales Strategy & Solution Positioning
- Present mission‑aligned, solution‑based proposals that address NATO’s secure information‑sharing, cyber defense, zero‑trust, and cross‑domain data‑transfer challenges.
- Promote Everfox’s Cross Domain Solutions portfolio, articulating how these capabilities help modernize NATO operations, secure coalition environments, and protect classified/mission‑sensitive data.
- Lead competitive positioning and demonstrate how Everfox differentiates in high‑assurance environments.
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Maintain an accurate, detailed, and current pipeline across all NATO programs and opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reporting, forecasting, CRM updates, and feedback to leadership on market trends, procurement timelines, and competitive activity.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to international regulatory requirements, export controls, and NATO procurement frameworks.
Internal & External Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, product management, proposal teams, internal security, and marketing to ensure NATO customer needs are understood and met.
- Partner with channel organizations, NATO‑approved resellers, system integrators, and prime contractors to drive joint pursuits.
- Support industry events, NATO conferences, technical demonstrations, and field visits.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3‑5 years of sales experience in defense, intelligence, or cybersecurity sectors, ideally with exposure to NATO, multinational defense programs, or coalition environments.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding annual sales targets in complex, high‑assurance technology markets.
- Experience working with international defense procurement processes, frameworks, and acquisition pathways.
Knowledge
- Understanding of NATO procurement processes, NCIA structures, NSPA purchasing mechanisms, and multinational contracting dynamics.
- Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, cross‑domain architectures, and secure information‑sharing requirements.
- Ability to clearly articulate the mission and technical value Everfox solutions deliver to NATO operations, exercises, and coalition missions.
