Maidensbridge Primary School, situated on Beachcroft Road, Wall Heath, is a one‑form entry primary with an age range of 4 to 11 years, including a pre‑school. The school is committed to creating a happy and caring environment with a wide range of balanced learning opportunities.

Site Manager

We are looking for an observant, enthusiastic, and positive Site Manager with a "can do" attitude to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in site management of a school or other site.
• Able to supervise and manage a team.
• Ideally holding a recognised qualification in electrics, plumbing, or carpentry.
• Effective communicator with young people and serves as a positive role model.
• Confident in enforcing school expectations while building positive relationships with adults and children.

Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year. You will be appointed on a permanent contract. Working hours: 6.00 am – 10.15 am and 3.15 pm – 6.00 pm.

You will be responsible for a wide range of duties and responsibilities of the fabric and grounds of the school site.

The role requires a right to work in the UK, medical clearance, and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
