Responsibilities

  • Implement the sales strategy, cultivate sales opportunities, and finalize deals.
  • Conduct a complete market analysis to define the appropriate sales strategy.
  • Regularly visit clients and prospects, and attend trade shows relevant to our business.
  • Occasional trips to the headquarters in the south of France to attend Sales Meetings (twice a year) and accompany clients to the test center.
  • Report to the Senior Sales Manager in UK and collaborate with a multicultural team of 5 people responsible for developing business activity in Northern Europe.
  • Leverage support and commitment from headquarters (applications, test center, sales administration, etc.).

Profile

  • Technical sales or engineering educational background.
  • Knowledge of industrial processes, ideally in waste management and plastics recycling, to offer guidance to our clients.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large sales territories and key accounts.
  • 5 years of experience in selling large capital equipment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English for customer interaction and internal coordination (engineering, customer service, back‑office, test center, etc.).
