A fantastic opportunity for a Associate / Associate Director to join a leading UK consultancy, delivering high-profile commercial office schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to take ownership of large complex CAT A / CAT B, cut-and-carve refurbishment projects, while advising some of the UK’s most prestigious clients.

The Role

You will take a lead role on large-scale commercial office projects, providing both strategic and delivery-focused expertise. This includes:

  • Leading the successful delivery of CAT A, CAT B cut-and-carve schemes
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic project and portfolio-level guidance
  • Managing multiple projects or portfolios concurrently
  • Overseeing the full project lifecycle from inception through to completion
  • Providing technical insight on key property matters including:
    • Building regulations
    • Rights of light
    • Party wall matters
    • Landlord & tenant considerations
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure project success

About You

  • Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects
  • Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and building regulations
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to provide strategic advice
  • Portfolio management experience is highly desirable
  • MRICS qualified preferred, but exceptional candidates without will be considered
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Consultancy experience with demonstrable experience of delivering £50m + Projects.
