Job Description

As Warehouse Manager you will lead your team in the warehouse, controlling and managing everything. You will ensure accurate inventory so production targets are achieved on time and in full (OTIF). Internally, you’ll work closely with all areas including production, engineering, supply‑chain, procurement and after sales. Your team in the warehouse (currently 9 direct reports) will look to you to drive and motivate them, setting clear goals and objectives for health & safety, hygiene and efficiencies through reliable processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the full warehouse operation, managing KPI's, driving optimisation, processes and procedures and ensuring adherence to H&S and regulations
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound operations efficiently through the WMS and ERP system
  • Hold accountability for stock inventory levels
  • Support, cross‑train and develop your warehouse team

Your Background

  • Have previously managed, or led a warehouse or similar
  • Understand the challenges and pressures of a manufacturing, production or industrial engineering environment
  • Be very competent with ERP, Warehouse Management and KANBAN systems
  • Hold an articulated Forklift license and a full UK driving license
