The commercial property disputes team advise on a range of matters, which include: possession & eviction proceedings; boundary disputes; construction disputes; party wall disputes; basement extensions; extending leases or buying freeholds; and landlord & tenant disputes.
The Candidate
As the successful candidate for this opportunity, you should be a senior associate and experienced across the whole spectrum of property litigation to include the areas listed above.
You should be commercially minded and have the technical and communication skills required to provide the highest level of client service.
