Corporate Solicitor – 3‑6 years PQE in Berkshire. Salary £60,000 – £75,000 (DOE).
Role Overview
We are a highly regarded corporate team offering a broad range of transactional work, strong client exposure, high‑quality matters and excellent career progression.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Partners on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equity transactions.
- Manage own caseload while supporting more complex transactions, ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain and develop client relationships, providing clear and commercially focused advice and contributing to team growth.
- Supervise junior colleagues where appropriate, and support business development and networking initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Qualified Solicitor with 3‑6 years post‑qualification experience in corporate law.
- Experience advising on mergers and acquisitions and a solid grounding in a range of corporate transactions.
- Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Team player willing to contribute to business development and support junior members.
