Our client is seeking a highly motivated CRM/Database Marketing Executive to join their dynamic marketing team based in either Gloucester or Salisbury. Duties
- Manage data quality, perform data cleansing, and administer the CRM system
- Prepare customer data and produce insightful reports
- Support the planning and execution of email, SMS, digital, and web campaigns
- Assist with website updates, content creation, and social media management
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and daily marketing initiatives
- Resolve customer data queries promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver engaging campaigns
- Ensure customer data is accurate, organised, and complies with data protection regulations
Requirements for the Automotive CRM and Marketing Executive position
- Proven experience in a CRM, marketing, or data-focused role
- Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel
- Attentive to detail and highly organised
- Proactive with the ability to balance creative and administrative responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Flexibility to travel between locations as required
- Knowledge of automotive industry operations, social media, digital content, or analytics tools is desirable but not essential
