Product Engineer | London, Waterloo (Hybrid, 4 days in-office - Wednesday is our set work from home day, though you can come in on Wednesday too if you wish)
You’ll join one of our cross-functional product teams in London, working closely with product, design, and engineering to build user-facing AI-native products in a world where AI is core to how we build software.

How we work
We’re building an AI native product and an engineering culture where AI is a first-class citizen, not just in the products we ship, but in how we write code, reason about systems, and scale ourselves as engineers.
We’re moving beyond traditional Frontend vs Backend roles. We look for Fullstack Engineers who are excited to collaborate across the stack, and comfortable working alongside AI tools as their co-pilot in both discovery and delivery.

- Technical rigour, with fast feedback loops enabled by collaborative refinement and AI-augmented workflows.
- Clear, thoughtful communication in code, docs, and discussions.
- Challenging the status quo, exploring new patterns, tools, and ways of working with AI to improve product quality and engineering efficiency.
What you’ll do
- You’ll work closely with the business to understand customer needs, taking ideas from concept all the way through to deployment.
- You’ll enjoy a lot of ownership and freedom, navigating a fast-moving environment where things aren’t always clearly defined.
- Build and maintain user-facing products across the stack. Today that means React, and TypeScript on the frontend, and Golang on the backend but you’ll work fluidly across both.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to ship high-quality features fast, using AI tools as leverage in your day‑to‑day development.
- Write clear, maintainable code and thoughtful documentation, for humans and for AI models.
- Help define new engineering practices for an AI-native development environment.
- Mentor other engineers and help us scale our engineering culture.
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Fullstack Engineer working on user-facing products.
- Comfortable moving between frontend and backend development, even if you have a background leaning more heavily one way.
- A curiosity and excitement about using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, code generation) to build better software faster.
- Familiarity with React and TypeScript is great, but not essential.
- Experience with testing practices: unit, integration, or automated end-to-end tests.
- A track record of mentoring or supporting other engineers.
