The Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust is committed to delivering an outstanding digital environment that enables staff and students to thrive. We are expanding our central IT team and appointing an IT Mobile Engineer to support the strategic and operational delivery of our IT systems across a cluster of schools.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Cluster IT Manager to ensure day‑to‑day IT services run smoothly.
- Provide first‑line support to staff and students, managing help‑desk tickets.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of hardware, software and audiovisual equipment.
- Support the development of IT infrastructure, documentation and asset management.
- Ensure systems remain secure, compliant and aligned with CAT standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services across the cluster.
- Support the development of SharePoint sites and assist with major IT projects.
- Ensure safeguarding, security and data protection requirements are consistently upheld.
- Deliver responsive and professional support across the schools within the cluster.
