Retail Assistant – VERO MODA Store, Buttercrane
A flexible Retail Assistant is needed. The role requires working weekdays and weekends, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day store operations.
- Achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Motivate the team to meet sales goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
- Previous management experience in fashion preferred.
- Good organisational skills with clear goal setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Effective team management and leadership abilities.
