South West England (Hybrid/Flexible Working Available) • Permanent & Locum Opportunities • £80,000 – £90,000

We are currently working with a well-established and growing law firm in the South West, looking to recruit a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven solicitor to work on a broad range of high-quality matters, advising a diverse client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses and larger organisations.

The Role

• Corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings
• Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and commercial contracts
• Advising on company law, governance and compliance matters
• Supporting clients with business sales, purchases and strategic growth
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 4–5+ years’ PQE
• Strong experience in corporate and/or commercial law
• Confident handling transactions from start to finish
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
