We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Manager who is passionate about the Wise mission – money without borders. You’ll be a part of the Wise Platform team, leading the most impactful projects and programmes of work to expand our growing list of global partners, helping us surpass our goals and deliver world‑class payment service solutions to our clients and their customers across the EMEA region.
We’ve launched partnerships with the likes of Morgan Stanley, Google Pay, Nubank, Qonto, N26, Monzo, Aspire and Mandiri and today have 70+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform.
In this role, you will lead complex implementation projects with the world’s biggest banks and businesses. From kick‑off to launch, you will leverage strong programme‑management experience to deliver on time and with high quality.
Across markets you will lead projects to implement both new and existing solutions with our clients, managing risks and overcoming blockers along the way with deep problem‑solving and strong influencing skills. You should be comfortable in both commercial and technical environments, winning trust from internal and external stakeholders across a range of seniorities and functions.
This role is ideal for an established project or programme manager with client‑facing experience and a track record of delivering complex programmes of work in financial services, particularly in the tech and payments sectors.

Your Mission
Leverage project governance expertise to manage scope, timelines, communications and accountability, while identifying risks, solving challenges, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Lead complex implementation projects for major banks and businesses, guiding the client from kick‑off to launch while ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
Overcome project blockers with strong problem‑solving and influencing skills, working in both business and technical contexts, and building trust with diverse stakeholders.
Use governance expertise to manage scope, timelines, and accountability, while identifying risks, solving challenges, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Identify, track and manage delivery risks for deals—including project, financial, compliance, and reputational—ensuring robust mitigation plans are in place.
Build and nurture excellent relationships with partners, ensuring they love the experience we offer them.
Confidently explain financial technology solutions and lead process improvements to enhance project scalability and efficiency.
Impact and Growth
Have a significant and visible impact on the growth of Wise platform by leading payments partnerships with the world’s biggest banks and businesses.
Help to scale the Implementation function, by leading initiatives to improve our processes.
Deliver new and innovative solutions, finding ways to do things that haven’t been done before.
Travel to work with our teams and meet with prospects around the world.
