What they're looking for from the Principal Designer BR

• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act
• Experience acting as a Building Regulations Principal Designer
• HRB and Gateway 2 experience highly desirable
• Ability to work confidently with clients, design teams and contractors
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
