Culworth Benefice is a welcoming rural benefice of four parishes set in the beautiful countryside of south Northamptonshire. This is a benefice with a strong sense of community, where village life is vibrant and churches are valued and visible. Each parish has its own distinct character, yet together we share a genuine commitment to collaboration, hospitality, and mission.
We are seeking a priest who:
- Is a prayerful and confident leader, grounded in the life of the Church
- Enjoys rural ministry and values the role of the church at the heart of community life
- Is relatable, approachable, and keen to nurture both faith and friendship
- Will encourage growth—spiritual, numerical, and missional—while cherishing tradition
This is a deeply rewarding post for a priest who delights in people, place, and partnership, and who feels called to serve God in a flourishing rural benefice with a hopeful future.
