Responsibilities
- Ensure Supplier Fulfilment Levels are increased over time to allow regional supply chain teams to order and receive continuity of goods as needed.
- Forecast core lines and seasonal demand accurately to support availability and minimise waste.
- Manage supplier relationships by organising communication, meetings, knowledge, and data sharing to support core objectives.
- Maintain direct and regular communication with various head office departments, Buying teams, and international colleagues.
- Work independently on projects with international colleagues and internal GB stakeholders.
- Represent the Fulfilment Team at national meetings and ongoing regional and HO conference calls (including presenting).
- Support Lidl's operational understanding of processes such as goods-in, pallet requirements, ordering routines, and time slot management.
- Analyse all relevant Key Performance Indicators and provide feedback on reports and variances to plan.
- Support management of supplier fulfilment issues in non-contractual London Weighting.
- Work close coordination with Buying. Carry out additional tasks as deemed appropriate by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Confident communicator with experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and other data analysis tools.
- Previous experience in supply chain, forecasting, or supplier management preferred.
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and representing the team in meetings.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Benefits
12-month fixed term contract.
£52,800 – £70,400 per annum.
