Release Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Spark team! In this role, you’ll lead and manage 100+ game releases across 20+ jurisdictions, collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical teams. **Release Manager** to join the Light and Wonder This role requires a strong communicator adept at managing diverse stakeholders and capable of driving game releases to successful delivery within challenging timelines.**Responsibilities of a Release Manager** Drive the design and implementation of automation and AI-assisted workflows to enhance release readiness, streamline ticket creation, synchronize roadmaps across platforms, and automate configuration tasks improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across all game releases. **Essential Skills:**Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism. Effective stakeholder management, demonstrating the ability to manage expectations and foster trust with diverse teams.Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and propose innovative solutions. Experience working in a regulated online environment, with a clear understanding of certification and compliance standards.**Desirable Skills:**Knowledge of the gambling industry, particularly within the Casino sector.
