Position Overview
The Property Business Development Lead will work across the council to ensure that data, programmes, budgets and service plans are aligned. The role involves key participation in the Corporate Asset Panel and spearheading future departmental transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive business plans for property development.
- Coordinate across departments to align data and budgets.
- Lead the Corporate Asset Panel decision‑making processes.
- Drive and manage transformation programmes within the department.
