We are looking for Test Manager to work in Norwich on a contract basis
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, execute, and close test activities
- Analyze requirements and create associated test scripts
- Identify and prepare data requirements for testing
- Define test acceptance criteria in collaboration with the business
- Create test data to support testing execution
- Update existing test scripts to reflect changes in the solution
- Execute test scripts according to the test plan
- Record execution results and capture evidenceRaise defects during testing and support defect resolution
- Contribute to test estimation activities
- Provide input on risks, assumptions, dependencies, and issues related to testing
Required Experience & Skills
- Extensive experience in software testing with considerable experience in Test Project Management
- Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
- Good hands‑on experience of defining Testing Strategy and execution test plans.
- Should be able to review & Track Testing Team activities & create Testing Summary Reports
- Should be able to guide test team to write Test scenarios & test cases.
- Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project
- Ability to manage and guide Automation and Performance Test leads
- Good to have Insurance domain knowledge.
- ISTQB or equivalent certified is good to have.
