Colleague Engagement Manager

As an events professional, you’ll design and deliver key events, experiences, and activations to engage colleagues and leaders across the organisation.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event ideation, planning, coordination, and execution to deliver memorable experiences that help increase employee engagement, connection to purpose, and motivation.

This role is within theGroup Customer and Communications Function, whichis responsible forbuilding andmaintainingNationwide’s brand and reputation both for customers and colleagues.

For this job, you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part-time, you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our London or Swindon office.
