  • As a Director of Solutions & TAMs for EMEA, you will be the strategic technical engine behind our European expansion
  • Reporting directly to the SVP of EMEA, you will bridge the gap between initial technical validation and long-term customer value

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the execution of the technical go-to-market strategy for the EMEA region, aligning with global goals while catering to local market nuances
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and scale technical functions. You will be responsible for the professional growth of your managers and the high-performance culture of their underlying teams
  • The "Golden Thread": Ensure a seamless transition from the "Art of the Possible" (Pre-sales) to "Realised Value" (Post-sales), minimising friction between initial acquisition and long-term retention
  • Executive Partnership: Act as a technical advisor to the SVP of EMEA, providing data-driven insights into deal technicalities, churn risks, and product requirements
  • Advocacy & Feedback: Serve as the voice of the EMEA customer to the Product and Engineering teams, influencing the roadmap based on regional market demands
