I'm currently partnering with a well-established building services consultancy looking to add a BREEAM Sustainability Consultant to their growing East Midlands team.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects, working alongside engineers and design specialists to deliver low‑carbon, high‑performing buildings.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering BREEAM assessments across varied projects
  • Supporting energy & sustainability strategies from concept stage
  • Producing detailed environmental reports
  • Contributing to areas like embodied carbon, overheating, and energy modelling

What they're looking for:

  • BREEAM experience (essential)
  • Knowledge of UK regs (Part L)
  • IES / One Click LCA (beneficial)
  • Strong communication + ability to manage multiple projects
