Senior Business Analyst up to £50,000 Hybrid, Sheffield
Responsibilities
- Identify, investigation, analyse and communicate complex business problems across complex projects and programmes of work.
- Coach and mentor team members.
- Lead workshops and focus groups to understand business problems and user needs within products or services.
- Produce documentation to support projects and programmes of work.
- Lead analysis and information gathering for evidence based recommendations for improvements.
Experience
- Experience of software development using Agile methodologies.
- Experience of conducting analysis, investigations and evidence gathering for business improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of leading discovery and alpha phase activities.
- Experience of improving business analysis practice.
Salary
They offer a salary package of up to £50,000 plus benefits.
Location
The client is based in Sheffield and they are looking for someone to be in office 2x per week.
