As demand for the team’s disputes work continues to increase, we’re looking for a Senior or Principal Associate to join us. You’ll be part of a collaborative, close-knit team working across a wide range of complex and engaging commercial disputes.
What you’ll be working on:
You’ll act for a broad client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, PLCs, and national corporates. The work is varied and includes:
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Commercial contract and IT/IP contract litigation
- Restrictive covenant enforcement
- Sale of goods and supply of services disputes
- Defamation claims
- Warranty, indemnity, and consumer claims
You’ll be trusted from the outset with quality work and client relationships, with the autonomy to lead on matters and contribute meaningfully to the team.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation
- Experience across a broad range of commercial disputes
- A confident, proactive approach and a desire to work in a supportive, forward-thinking team
