Role Overview:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading enterprise clients through their next stage of AI-driven transformation. Rather than simply introducing new tools, you will critically review and rebuild legacy business processes with an AI-First approach. Your work will focus on reimagining workflows by assessing inputs and desired outcomes, moving beyond traditional methods. Leveraging M365 Copilot, Agentic AI, and the Power Platform, you will design innovative “Frontier Firm” processes that enable clients to fully harness the power of Microsoft AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges, strategic objectives, and identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Evaluate and map current ("As-Is") processes, designing ("To-Be") states that emphasize automation and intelligent agents.
• Shift focus from traditional task-lists to core data inputs and desired end-goals, abstracting from legacy approaches.
• Lead client workshops and meetings to gather and analyze requirements, challenging the status quo and expanding the use of Microsoft technology.
• Translate business needs into actionable specifications such as user stories, technical process flows, and logic diagrams for development teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for AI initiatives, ensuring technical and commercial viability.
• Contribute to business cases and ROI projections, giving clients a clear financial roadmap for their AI investments.
• Define and monitor success metrics and KPIs for AI projects, driving measurable value from the outset.
• Support change management, promote adoption of AI-first workflows, optimize implementations using KPIs, and stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

About the Candidate:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Management Consulting role within IT Professional Services or Digital Transformation.
• Proven expertise in managing client expectations and leading conversations with C-suite executives.
• Strong systems thinking, with the ability to visualize and design end-to-end data flows across enterprises.
• Experience integrating M365 with ERPs, CRMs, and legacy systems.
• Highly outcome-driven, with a focus on driving and measuring ROI.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable efficiency gains.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with M365 and a solid understanding of its ecosystem is beneficial.
