As a Senior Project Manager, you will ensure seamless delivery between clients and production sites, driving smooth communication and a consistently high-quality customer experience from concept through to completion.

Day-to-Day Duties

You will take ownership of projects end-to-end while building trusted relationships with key client stakeholders across Category, Brand, and Design teams. You will act as the central link between the client and internal production teams, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This highly client‑facing and influential role requires proactivity, communication, and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships across Brand, Category, and Design teams
  • Manage projects end‑to‑end, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Provide regular updates and clear communication to manage client expectations
  • Work closely with internal production and studio teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering technical guidance and proactive solutions
  • Take ownership of issues, resolving them quickly and effectively
  • Maintain a "can‑do" attitude and consistently look to exceed expectations
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness across all projects

Requirements

  • 18‑24 months' experience in Project Management (ideally within packaging, print, POS, or a creative production environment)
  • Strong understanding of print, repro, design, retail, brand, and packaging processes
  • Confident managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Willingness to support and provide cover for Account Management when required
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members would be an advantage
  • Professional, approachable, and a strong team player who leads by example
