Overview
We are looking for a Part Time Deputy Department Manager to assist with the daily running and development of the Endoscopy Services across Scarborough and Bridlington.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily running of the Endoscopy department across Scarborough and Bridlington.
- Assist clinicians with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures.
- Complete pre‑assessment for patients attending endoscopy.
- Participate in the nurses on‑call rota.
- Create rosters and keep HR documents up to date in close collaboration with staff.
- Maintain training and development documents, ensuring alignment with current guidelines.
- Ensure all mandatory training is completed and pursue additional training opportunities to promote excellence in care and practice.
