We’re working with a growing, long standing construction and environmental company delivering projects across the UK. We’re looking for a hands‑on Site Manager within construction or civil experience to lead their teams and keep projects running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and manage site operations from start to finish.
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee supplies, logistics, and health & safety compliance for each site.
- Work closely with the Project Managers and report on progress.
- Roll up your sleeves and get involved on site when needed!
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in civil is a must
- Strong planning and leadership skills.
- Health & safety knowledge (SMSTS or SSSTS essential).
- Flexible to travel to sites across the UK.
- A proactive, team‑focused attitude.
